Privacy

This site sets no cookie.

That is not a figure of speech: konvoice.io is a static site with no analytics, no third-party script, no remote font and no chat widget. It therefore has no consent banner, because it has nothing to ask you to consent to.

1. The public site

When you browse konvoice.io, your browser downloads files from our server. That server keeps, for a limited period and for security and diagnostic purposes, a technical log containing the IP address, the date, the page requested and the browser type. Those logs are not used to analyse your behaviour and are not linked to an identity.

  • No cookie is set by this site, not even a technical one.
  • No tracker, no advertising tag, no social-network pixel.
  • No remote font: the typefaces are served from our own domain.
  • No third-party script: the site’s content security policy technically forbids loading one.

Exactly one piece of data is stored in your browser, and only if you use the sign-in page: none. The sign-in page does nothing but redirect you to your workspace’s origin.

2. The forms

The demo request and contact forms transmit the information you enter into them. It is used only to answer you.

We neither sell nor rent this information. We do not pass it on to commercial partners. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

3. Platform data

The data processed when you use the Konvoice service — calls, recordings, transcripts, logs — falls under a separate regime: you are the controller and we are the processor. 4. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over the data concerning you. Write to [email protected]: we answer within one month, and usually within a few days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy that forbids loading external resources. The measures applied to the platform are described on the Security page.

6. Changes

Any substantial change to this policy will be announced on this page with its effective date. If we were ever to add analytics — which we do not contemplate — this page would say so before the measurement went live, and your consent would be asked for.
