Naya
Nobody likes writing the call up. Naya does it.
Naya listens to your calls when you ask her to, transcribes them, draws a useful summary out of them, pulls out the decisions and the promised callbacks, then files them where your team already works.
What she produces, call after call.
Not a wall of text to re-read, but four short things a manager can act on the same evening.
- A three-line summary, in the language of the call, written to be read by somebody who was not there.
- The follow-ups, separated from the rest, with the person concerned and the deadline where one was spoken.
- Labels — reason, urgency, product, satisfaction — applied automatically according to your categories, not ours.
- The full transcript, time-stamped, searchable, with the speakers distinguished.
Naya is software. This portrait is a synthetic image: we do not put a real person’s face on a service that is not one.
Who it is for
Three trades, three uses with nothing in common.
The transcription is the same. What you do with it is not.
Customer service
The real reason people call, counted across every conversation and not across the boxes the agents had time to tick. You discover that 18 % of calls are about a page on your site you could simply fix.
The sales team
The CRM fills itself in. The write-up, the objection heard and the next deadline are written before the salesperson has started the car.
The supervisor
Quality measured on every call: talk time, interruptions, adherence to the opening script, the tone of the conversation. No more listening to three random calls to assess a team of thirty.
Non-negotiable rule
The AI is never in your call’s path.
If the transcription service is slow, saturated, down, or simply unreachable because your link is poor, your call does not know about it.
- The audio is processed after the conversation, never during it.
- On a degraded network, the recording stays on the Konvoice Edge and goes up when the line allows it.
- An outage at the AI supplier degrades neither the voice, nor call set-up, nor the phone system.
- The AI’s compute budget is capped, below the priority given to telephony.
The call takes place
No dependency on the AI. The audio takes the shortest path, as always.
The recording is queued
Locally if it has to be. It waits for a usable link.
Transcription and analysis
In the European Union, on models we name in our register of sub-processors.
Results delivered
Into the Workspace and into your CRM. On average thirty seconds after hang-up, later if the line was down.
Guardrails
What Naya will not do.
An AI inside a phone conversation touches personal data, sometimes sensitive, and often data belonging to a third party who signed nothing. Our limits are written down, not implied.
Nothing without consent
Recording and transcription are off by default. You enable them per team, per queue or per user, and the legal announcement to the other party is configurable by country.
No training on your calls
Your conversations are never used to train a model, neither ours nor a supplier’s. That is a contractual clause, not an intention.
Real erasure
Deleting a call deletes the audio, the transcript, the summary and the derived labels. The retention period is yours, not ours.
No automated decisions
Naya does not grade an employee, does not trigger a procedure and does not rank anybody. She produces information; the decision stays human, which is what employment law requires.
The journey, in plain words
What leaves your call, and how far it goes.
The question people actually ask is not “what does the AI do”, it is “where does my conversation go”. The answer fits in four lines and it is contractual.
- The audio stays in Europe — transcription and summary run on servers in the Union, at a host named in the contract.
- Nothing goes to an undeclared third party — the list of sub-processors is published and notified before any change.
- No training — your conversations feed no model, neither ours nor a supplier’s.
- Deleting deletes — the audio, the transcript, the summary and the labels go together.
To come
The voice agent, when it is genuinely ready.
Having an AI answer instead of a human is technically feasible today. Doing it without degrading your customer’s experience is less often the case than people claim.
- Reserved for flows where a human adds nothing: out-of-hours qualification, taking contact details, routing to the right department.
- Immediate fallback to the classic voice menu, the queue or voicemail as soon as the link or the model fails.
- Handover to a human on the caller’s first request, without making them repeat themselves.
- Locally executable models for organisations that cannot send anything outside.
A conversation is not summarised because a machine heard it. It is summarised because somebody had to read it back.
Naya writes the write-up; the decision stays yours
