[email protected] · 24/7 support for customers under contract

The reception hall of a public building, bright and open at both ends. Public service

A citizen rings once. If nobody answers, they come in person.

A public authority answers the phone to people who have no other channel: no account, no app, sometimes no email. Konvoice treats that phone system as infrastructure — with what that implies about continuity, traceability and the right to walk away.

You keep your numbers, at no porting cost.

Exitwritten down: numbers, histories and recordings leave with you

What you already know

Three situations, before we talk telephony.

If none of the three rings a bell, this page is not for you, and we would rather you found that out now.

Twelve buildings, four systems, no plan

The town hall, the schools, the depot and the library were each equipped in a different decade. Nobody can say, today, who calls whom.

Procurement, and the way out

The contract comes up for renewal and the installed system is inextricable: taking back the numbers, the histories and the handsets was never written into it.

What you have to be able to show

Who played that recording? How long is it kept? In which territory? The answers rarely exist in writing.

What changes for the departments

One dialling plan for every building, held by your own teams.

A school, a nursery, a depot and a town hall do not have the same hours or the same emergencies. They can have the same telephony.

  • A three-digit extension everywhere — the school calls the education department without dialling ten digits.
  • Hours per site — school holidays included, entered once, six months ahead.
  • Traced technical on-call — the cascade, the delays, and a time stamp on every escalation.
  • A single console — no more VPN to an end-of-life server in an annexe cupboard.

Multi-site companies

Number management: every number, its site, its destination and its state.

What changes for the file

What your data protection officer is going to ask for.

We would rather a department were able to assess Konvoice without going through a salesperson. Everything below is public, readable with no account and no form.

  • Register of sub-processors — named, dated, with the hosting territories.
  • Retention periods — per data type, enforced by the platform.
  • Tamper-evident audit log — every recording playback leaves a trace nobody rewrites.
  • A written exit — your numbers portable at no charge, your exports in open formats.

Konvoice Edge

On the day of the storm, the town hall has to stay reachable.

The day the link goes down is the day the authority receives the most calls. An Edge in the plant room keeps the phone system standing while the carrier repairs.

  • Departments keep calling each other between equipped buildings.
  • Reception, the voice menu and the opening hours are served on site.
  • Messages from the public are recorded and sync back afterwards.
  • The crisis room keeps a way out over the site’s backup line.

Questions we get asked in this trade

Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union by default, with hosting providers we name publicly on the compliance page, along with the territory of each processing operation. Hosting entirely on your own servers is possible for organisations that cannot let anything leave: that is sovereign mode, and it opens no link to the internet.
Does Konvoice bid for public contracts?
Yes. The documents a buyer usually asks for — the architecture pack, security questionnaires already filled in, a summary of the latest penetration test, a data-processing agreement compliant with Article 28 — are supplied under NDA, before the bid goes in rather than after the award.
What happens at the end of the contract?
You leave with what is yours. The numbers are portable at no charge to the next supplier, the call histories and the recordings export in open formats, the dialling plan is documented. It is written into the contract rather than promised in a meeting, because the moment you want to leave is precisely the moment a supplier’s goodwill stops being a guarantee.
