Scope of this document These terms cover only browsing the konvoice.io site. Use of the Konvoice service is governed by the service agreement signed between your company and Konvoice, which prevails over this page in the event of any divergence.

1. Purpose

The konvoice.io site presents the services of Konvoice. Browsing it constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the information published

The functional descriptions, prices and service-level objectives published on this site are given for information and may change. Only the accepted quotation and the service agreement bind Konvoice. Prices shown are exclusive of tax and of usage, unless stated otherwise.

3. Availability of the site

We endeavour to keep the site permanently reachable, without guaranteeing availability. An interruption of the site is not an interruption of the Konvoice service, whose state is published separately at status.konvoice.io.

4. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • attempting to reach non-public parts of the site or of our systems;
  • extracting its content in bulk by automated means;
  • disrupting its operation, in particular by overloading it;
  • using the forms for unsolicited prospecting.

Security testing carried out in good faith under our responsible disclosure policy is an exception, within the limits that policy defines.

The site links out to third-party resources. Konvoice exercises no control over their content and accepts no liability for it.

6. Liability

Konvoice cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from browsing the site or from being unable to reach it. This limitation does not apply where the law forbids it.
